2024 Spring Softball Registration

THE 2024 SPRING SOFTBALL REGISTRATION is Closed. We will open up fall registration in June.

Thank you to all the girls who are playing  softball for the Severn Athletic Club for the Spring 2024 Season.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  You can either pay in full, Pay offline. You can also setup monthly payments which will be due on the 1st of each month. If you would like to setup payment arrangements offline please email BOTH Chasidy & Steve.  Please note the processing fees are charged by SportsEngine and any processing fees paid are non refundable.

 

Final payments MUST be made by Saturday March 2nd, 2024.  Failure to pay will result in your child not being rostered. If you need to set up offline payment arrangements please contact BOTH Chasidy & Steve.

  • Payment Arrangement:  Total balance will be divided into 4 monthly payments. Payments are due on the first of each month.

Please Note: We have added raffle tickets to the registration. Each family will purchase 1 booklet for $50 (attached to registration).  Each raffle booklet will be given to your coach to give to you. You will be able to sell the tickets to get your $50 back or keep the tickets and and just turn in the stubs to your coaches. Raffle will be drawn at opening day. There will be 3 cash winners! More details to come!

 

Age groups/prices  are as follows

  • 6U (2017-2019) - $110   Typical week games are on Wednesdays & Saturdays. Not always but most of the time.
  • 8U (2015-2016) - $110    Typical week games are on Thursdays & Saturdays. Not always but most of the time.
  • 10U (2013-2014) - $150  Typical week games are on Tuesdays & Fridays. Not always but most of the time.
  • 12U (2011-2012) - $150   Typical week games are on Mondays & Thursdays. Not always but most of the time.
  • 14U (2009-2010) - $150  Typical week games are on Wednesdays & Saturdays. Not always but most of the time.
  • HSE (2009-2004) - $165   Typical week games are on Sundays with the girls playing Double Headers.
     

    SPECIAL REQUESTS

     Teams will be filled as registrations come in.

If you require a refund prior to the start of the season then a $20 service fee will be applied.  No refunds will be issued after practices start and uniforms are ordered for any reason.

 

 

We are always looking for Coaches and Assistant Coaches. 

Severn is a volunteer organization, we need everyone to pitch in and help. Parents are required to have a  minimum of 6 volunteer hours. This includes helping in the concession stand and field clean up / maintenance.
